Craft Vendors

At our 2019 festival we hosted over 37 hand made craft vendors at our Sunflower Festival. The variety is wide ranging and there are no two alike! Vendors go through a selection process to make sure that they don’t compete one on one with another vendor and to make sure our vendors have the greatest income producing event possible. Our vendor categories include home decor, hand painted signage, furniture, woodworking, metalworking, candles, jewelry, children’s items and more! There is literally something for everyone! We do not accept any direct sales companies at this time.

Vendor spots are $25.00 per day for a 10x10 spot. Each vendor must supply their own tents. Vendors are not required to set up all 4 days but are required to stay for the time frame of the show 10am-5pm. Please send an email to BeaverDamSunflowers@gmail.com letting us know your product to offer and be placed on our vendor list so we can send you more information.

Food Vendors

Our food vendors bring the best of the best with a variety to please every taste bud! With over 16 food vendors for 2019 we offered a wide selection of entrees along with plenty of sweet and salty treats for everyone. A little tid-bit of information on some of our vendors (about half of them) are local church groups, mission teams, 4-H/FFA or groups fundraising for a purpose. All of that money raised goes right back into our community supporting our local economy.

Vendor spots are $25.00 per day for a 10x10 spot. Each vendor must supply their own tents.
