The Beaver Dam Farm Sunflower Festival is the Largest Sunflower Festival and Vendor Show on the East Coast! Our attendance is normally around 20,000+ visitors in our festival season, we have had over 24 states visit and in 2021 our vendors reported sales of over $300,600! Are you interested in joining us?! Here is a little information for you to consider.
We shoot for the 2nd and 3rd weekends in September, but dates could vary by 1 week in either direction. Firm dates will be announced in July as soon as we plant and they have emerged. We say this because sunflowers only bloom for 12-14 days so we have to time the planting to make sure we hit our dates, that being said, if it rains when we go to plant the dates could be altered. Vendors cam choose from, the First Weekend: Friday VIP Evening from 4-7pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm, or the Second Weekend: Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm. We also offer 3 weeknights for vendors to set up.
We ONLY accept handmade products and we try to keep duplication to a minimum. No direct sale products or companies.
We are a juried show. This means that not everyone who applies will make it in. Items we look for when considering vendors are uniqueness of products and quality and craftsmanship of products.
Vendors must supply their own 10×10 tent, tables and chairs. Limit of 4 spaces per vendor. Vendors must also carry a 1 million dollar insurance policy to participate and have an active Facebook page for communication.
NEW this year for our vendor family…
1- Vendor tent! Many vendors requested a vendor tent last year, ask and you shall receive! The vendor tent will be blocked off so no visitors can access it. There will be porta potties behind the tent for vendors to use. The vendor tent will also have cold waters, some fans, tables and chairs, and a generator in case someone needs to charge any electronic.
2- Vendor lunches delivered to your tent! (Must be preordered and prepaid)
