Let’s shop!
We wanted to make sure we highlighted our amazing vendors this year and when you come to the festival chances are you also come to SHOP! Boy, oh boy do we have vendors to shop with. The sunflower hosts vendors from all over Virginia, West Virginia, and Georgia! This year we held our first (but NOT the last) VIP event. The Friday before the festival opened to the public on Saturday we sold a limited number of tickets allowing visitors to come and shop, each vendor offered discounts for their booth. The first 70 visitors in line received a good bag filled with gift certificates, special offers and coupons from surrounding businesses.
Our vendors provide handmade goods ranging from jewelry, leather works, copper pieces, sewn items, wood working, candles and more. In 2021 alone vendors took home over $300,600 in sales!

Family owned businesses; ”We did approximately $5,600 in sales at the Sunflower Festival and $25,000 overall for the year. HOWEVER, I will say that the majority of our sales after the Sunflower Festival weekends were driven by our presence there.”
Church group; “The festival has become 95% of how we raise money for our youth, replacing yard sales, car washes, cakewalks, and a plethora of other small fundraisers. This is a youth formation fundraiser that helps us to take the financial burden off the parents.”
